Major General S.K.M.H.Kulathunga Rsp (Rtd.)

Major General (Rtd.) S.K.M.H.Kulathunga was an officer of the Singhe Regiment of Sri Lanka Army and he is a proud old boy of Gankanda Central College, Palmadulla. He was graduated as a Commissioned Officer at the Diyatalawa Military Academy in 1985.

Major General S. K. M. Hemantha Kulanthunga Rsp(Retd) is the Executive Director and the Chief Consultant of Surveillance Force Security Services(Pvt)Ltd who has served in the infantry branch of Sri Lanka Army for over 34 years. His experience in the security sector is varied including overseas experience. His professional employment record, experience at various demanding positions, local and overseas training, and education qualified him as a professional security and risk analysis consultant to formulate security solutions. He has a proven record of excellence in leadership, management, training, and talent for optimizing organizational performance for excellence.

Further, he is privileged to be held a number of distinguished commanding positions, such as Commander forward maintenance area in north central province , Chief Security Coordinator to the Chief of Defense Staff of Sri Lanka, Deputy General officer commanding at 51 Division Jaffna, Commandant in Jaffna town, Commandant at Army Rehabilitation Center in Ragama , Brigadier (Administration and Quartering ) at security force HQ in Jaffna, Brigade Commander at Infantry Brigade, Battalion Commander.
